Welcome to The Lion’s Den - Faith Journey’s Student Ministry! Every Wednesday night at 7pm we meet together to study God’s Word and have fun doing it! We’re excited that you’ve checked out our little corner of the Faith Journey Church website and we hope to see you at one of our meetings!

What we’re about…

As leaders of the Faith Journey youth group we’re about connecting with teens and having teens connect with one another as we all seek to connect with God through relationship and the study of God’s Word - the Bible.

What to expect …

Each meeting tends to be a little different, but there are some things that will happen during every meeting:

• We will worship God through song during our community time at the start of each Wednesday night gathering.
• We will hear a lesson from the Bible.
• We will pray.
• We will connect with one another and have fun!

Often times the lessons are interactive, with the teens responding to topical questions relating to the lesson for that night. We also like to start the meeting out with something fun, such as a game or some kind of activity. So be prepared to connect with God and others, and to have fun!

Serving Others (Matthew 28) …

One of the responsibilities of being a Christian, as Jesus has instructed us, is to serve those in need. Faith Journey has adopted as one of our mission statements the statement “Serving God by Serving Others.” At Faith Journey we seek to honor Jesus’ instructions as we participate in activities that help others who may be less fortunate.
